Always served with Irish whiskey, and sometimes served with heavy cream or Irish cream, the Irish coffee is the perfect morning pick-me up or winter warmer. Though there are endless variations on the classic, one of the most traditional forms of the Irish coffee is made with Jameson and Baileys, like two Irish twins in a pod, and topped with whipped cream. This cocktail can be enjoyed in the morning to cure a hangover, as dessert after dinner, or anywhere in between if you fancy some day drinking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 4 oz Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare Coffee as normal. 
  2. In a Glass Coffee Mug, add all ingredients (except the Whipped Cream) and stir carefully with a mixing spoon.
  3. Top with Whipped Cream.
