A refreshing, minty mixture of white rum, sugar, lime, and mint is all you need to stir up an authentic Mojito. A sure fire way to be transported to a tropical place with sun, sand, and tunes no matter where you are. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Mint Leaves
  • Mint Sprig (to garnish)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Place Mint Leaves into a shaker with Simple Syrup. 
  2. Gently muddle contents with muddler. 
  3. Add remaining ingredients and crushed ice, then shake briefly. 
  4. Pour contents into a Highball Glass with the dirty ice (do not strain).  
  5. Add more crushed ice if needed. 
  6. Garnish with Mint Sprig and add straw to serve.
