Pisco is a South American brandy made in Peru and Chile by distilling fermented grape juice. While there are many ways to enjoy this high-proof spirit, the Pisco Sour is among the most popular. The classic version of a Pisco Sour features lemon and egg white to give the drink a creamy texture and soft layer of foam that sits atop the glass, similar to the classic Whiskey Sour. To garnish, just add a couple dots of Angostura bitters on top to dress it up.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Pisco
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Angostura Bitters (for garnish)
