Due to its undeniable versatility, gin was the perfect choice to pair with cucumber, mint, citrus, and egg white, creating a unique yet intriguing combination. This Cucumber Mint Gin Fizz embodies a smooth and creamy texture and is topped with chilled club soda for the ultimate finish.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Cane Sugar
- ½ oz. Heavy Cream
- 1 Cucumber Slices
- 2-3 Mint Leaves
- 1 Egg white
- Chilled Club Soda

Preparation Steps:
- Prepare a highball glass filled with ice.
- Muddle the cucumber, mint, and sugar in cocktail shaker.
- Add lime juice, egg white, heavy cream, and gin.
- Dry shake vigorously (without ice) for 30 seconds so the egg white can incorporate.
- Add a handful of ice and shake again for about 10-20 more seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer and cone strainer, double strain into a highball glass.
