This spin-off is inspired by the Ramos Gin Fizz that dates back to the 1800’s and has easily been one of the classic gin-based drinks since. Due to its undeniable versatility, gin was the perfect choice to pair with cucumber, mint, citrus, and egg white, creating a unique yet intriguing combination. This Cucumber Mint Gin Fizz embodies a smooth and creamy texture and is topped with chilled club soda for the ultimate finish.
