The espresso martini has been a favorite for generations. Legend has it that London-based bartender Dick Bradsell invented the popular cocktail when a British supermodel asked for a drink that will “wake me up and then f**k me up.” Many variations claim to be the best, often using a coffee liqueur both for the espresso flavor and as a sweetener. But we think we’ve landed on an even better espresso martini recipe. With a perfect balance of vodka and espresso, met with a slight sweetness from simple syrup that makes it sweet, but not too sweet, and creaminess from egg white froth, we believe this is the BEST espresso martini recipe out there!
