If you’re in the mood for a tasty mocktail during dry January, this is it! This honeyed herb mocktail takes an extra step or two to infuse long lasting flavors, but it’s well worth it. A rosemary honey syrup takes center stage alongside citrus juices of grapefruit, lemon, and cara cara oranges. One good long shake with ice combines the grapefruit base with the rosemary honey syrup for a deep pink concoction with a tantalizing, zesty, and tangy finish. A martini like this remembers why fruit and herbs go so well together!
