Ingredients:

Lemon Ginger Fizz Mocktail
  • ¼ oz. Grated Ginger
  • 1.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup (or more depending on preferred sweetness)
  • 1 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • Club Soda
  • Lemon Wheel (to garnish)

Preparation Steps:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the grated ginger, lemon juice, simple syrup, cream, and egg white. 
  2. Place the lid on tightly and vigorously dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to fully incorporate/break up the egg white.
  3. Take the lid off and add a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously again.
  4. Fill a highball glass with ice. 
  5. Strain using a cone strainer and pour the mocktail over ice and top with club soda. 
  6. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
