Preparation Steps:

  1. Cut tops off strawberries, then muddle in the bottom of a shaker. 
  2. Add the remainder of ingredients to shaker, then shake vigorously.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake again. 
  4. Using a Hawthorne strainer and cone strainer, strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Using a dropper bottle, drop a couple dots of Angostura Bitters on top of the foam. Drag a toothpick through them to create heart shapes.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry.
