This infusion is inspired by a classic favorite – the spicy margarita. The combination of sweet and spicy makes this the perfect infusion to sip on by itself. Pineapple and jalapeño are a match made in tequila heaven. If you’re not a fan of it on it’s own it’ll kick your spicy margaritas up a few notches – sounds like a win win to us!

Ingredients:

Pineapple Jalapeño Infused Tequila
  • 1 Cup Pineapple, Chopped
  • ½  Fresh Jalapeño
  • 8-10 oz. Tequila Blanco.

  1. Combine ingredients into a mason jar or sealable container, cover
  2. Refrigerate for 48 hours to infuse. 
  3. To serve, use in a cocktail or serve straight over ice.
