Ingredients:

- 3 Ripe Strawberries
- 2 oz. Gin
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Full Dropper of Infuse Ginger Bitters
- 1 egg white
- Angostura Bitters (for garnish)

Preparation Steps:

- Cut tops off strawberries, then muddle in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the remainder of ingredients to shaker, then shake vigorously.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake again.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer and cone strainer, strain into a coupe glass.
- Using a dropper bottle, drop a couple dots of Angostura Bitters on top of the foam. Drag a toothpick through them to create heart shapes.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
