Fresh lemon and strawberry come together at the base of this spin-off of a Tom Collins cocktail. Then, coconut water takes the place of sparkling water for tropical end-of-summer vibes in the subtle and refreshing drink. The flavors are light, but taste so fresh!

 

Ingredients:

Strawberry Coconut Tom Collins
  • 1 strawberry, hulled
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup 
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • Coconut water, to top

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the gin and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake thoroughly, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with coconut water.
