Made from blended scotch whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Benedictine – this exotic and sweet drink is named after the Scottish poet Robert Burns. Classified by cocktail gurus as an essential, this mix is an adaptation from Harry Craddock’s book, The Savoy Cocktail, and is most enjoyed on Saint Andrew’s Day, a national holiday celebrated in Scotland. A riff on the Manhattan, this drink has become popular with it’s Scotch and Benedictine twist. Usually accompanied with a twisted lemon peel, the drink will bring a smokey, elegant feel to your night.
