Originally referred to as the ‘New Orleans Fizz’, this famous cocktail was conceived in 1888 by Henry C. Ramos at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon, on Gravier Street in New Orleans. Ultimately changing the cocktail scene forever, the iconic masterpiece was born by shaking sugar, dry gin, lemon juice, lime juice, and an egg white for an extended amount of time to give the drink its rich, creamy texture and flavor — perfect for day drinking and brunches.
