During Prohibition, honey and citrus ingredients were added to mask the smell and taste that often marked poor quality spirits like bathtub gin. Honey makes this a sweet favorite for people who do not normally enjoy gin drinks.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3 drops Lavender Bitters (optional)
