The Tailspin has only one major difference that makes it unique from its classic cousin, the Bijou. Where a Bijou uses orange bitters, a Tailspin uses Campari. The Tailspin boldly takes on vermouth, Green Chartreuse, and less than a teaspoon of Campari to create a fine drink to be enjoyed on any occasion. While the exact origins of the drink are unknown, the recipe has been passed down through the years. While in this version we rinse with Campari and then discard, you can also keep the remaining Campari rinse for a slightly bitter flavor.
