- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- Mint Sprig (to garnish)

Preparation Steps:
- Place 3 mint leaves in the bottom of a Julep Tin or Rocks Glass.
- Using a muddler, gently muddle the mint leaves.
- Add Bourbon and Simple Syrup, then fill halfway with crushed ice and stir.
- Continue adding ice and stirring. When ice reaches the top, add one more heap of ice to form a rounded cone on top of the glass.
- Garnish with Mint Sprig and add a straw to serve.
