This hot drink is slightly sweetened with maple syrup with a robust vanilla flavor to complement. The espresso, Irish cream, and dairy-free milk create a cocktail that is sure to be your new favorite. So whenever you like to sip your caffeinated cocktails, this dairy-free recipe is the perfect go-to.

 

Ingredients:

Boozy Vegan Spiced Latte
  • 4 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 oz. Espresso
  • 2 oz. Dairy-Free Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Maple Syrup and Coarse Brown Sugar for Rim
  • Cinnamon Stick for Garnish

Preparation Steps:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer.
    Remove from the heat.
  2. Rim glass serving mug with maple syrup and coarse brown sugar.
  3. Carefully add the mix to the mug and stir in the espresso and Irish cream.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
